PrimeX Manufacture
Prime Explosives manufactures and distributes PrimeX, our proprietary bulk emulsion range developed to deliver reliable performance across a wide range of quarrying and mining applications.
Produced at our dedicated North Island manufacturing facility, PrimeX gives us complete control over quality, consistency, and supply. This integrated capability enables us to deliver dependable explosives solutions and responsive service to customers throughout New Zealand.
5 MMUs + Bulk Tanker
Prime Explosives operates five Mobile Mixing Units (MMUs) and a bulk tanker. Our equipment receives regular maintenance to ensure maximum productivity.
With an adequately sized fleet to accommodate customer needs, downtime is kept to a minimum — so your blast schedule stays on track. In the North Island, two MMUs transport emulsion to quarries, supported by bulk delivery trucks and smaller vehicles for varied order sizes.
